General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between:

and the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer" or "you").
2. Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with your order and our order confirmation or shipping confirmation.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include statutory value added tax (VAT).
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, credit card (via Shopify Payments), Sofort transfer.
Payment is due immediately.
4. Delivery
4.1 General Information
We ship some items from our own warehouse and some via dropshipping through contractually bound suppliers. The respective shipping method (our own shipping or direct shipping by a supplier) is stated on the product page or provided in the shipping confirmation.
4.2 Special Note on Dropshipping
For dropshipping items, we pass your order and delivery details on to one of our appointed suppliers, who ships the goods directly to you. Your purchase contract is concluded exclusively with us, MAKENA.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. The exact conditions, return addresses, and the model withdrawal form can be found in our separate withdrawal policy.
6. Warranty
Statutory rights regarding product defects apply to all delivered goods. For dropshipping items, we may initially assert our warranty claims against our supplier.
7. Data Protection
Data processing is carried out in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
