Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day
on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last partial delivery or the last item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial deliveries or items.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form, although you are not required to do so.
Compliance with the withdrawal period
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event by the end of fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or deliver the goods to us without delay and in any event by the end of fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if that loss is not due to handling of the goods other than for the purpose of checking their condition, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions and grounds for expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
for the supply of goods that are not made to order and for whose manufacture the consumer's individual choice or determination is essential or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would pass quickly;
for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery;
for the supply of goods that, by their nature, have been mixed with other goods at the time of delivery in such a way that they cannot be separated;
for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
